Our Programs
Calming Awareness Sequence Training Program (CAST)
Our Calming Awareness Sequence Training covers practical skills – like breathwork, tension relaxation, daily living fundamentals, and real-life stress management plans – that create awareness for a calmer, clearer mind.
These 1 to 2 hour in-person group workshops consist of:
-
coach-guided calming sequences
-
core daily living fundamentals training
-
practical action plan development for challenging situations

One-day training event in Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA, October 2024
Veterans interested in the training can attend any of these workshops free of charge to start learning the framework of our system with no obligations beyond each session.
Our Veteran Integration Program offers deeper, personalized training of the practical skills that lead to more empowered days. The resulting long-lasting calmness and clarity mitigate the impact of post-traumatic stress, overwhelm, burnout, and more.
