Wisconsin’s Green Bay Packers hosted Veteran Integration Program training events for the second year in a row during Military Appreciation Week, including on World Mental Health Day.
Veterans and representatives from several veteran partner groups across Wisconsin attended two one-day training events where veteran coaches and program alumni led the group through key post-traumatic growth skills, such as breath awareness, and shared their stories about how they have learned to calm their minds for more empowered days.
