Burpees For Vets

Donate this month in honor of Veterans Day!

In 2018, Mark Divine...

...created the very first Burpees For Vets Challenge and set a goal for the challenge of completing 22 million burpees to raise awareness for veterans’ mental health.

And he started with a successful attempt at a new world record of 22,000 burpees, which he and his team wanted to set within 24 hours to remember the 22 veterans a day who commit suicide due to PTS.

Under the mantra of “Master Yourself and Serve Others,” the Burpees For Vets Challenge has grown into a national Veterans Day fundraising campaign.

What does the challenge consist of? Donations and burpees. For every dollar you donate, you can either challenge The Courage Foundation team to do the same number of burpees, or you can take on the number of burpees (or another exercise, if you prefer an alternative to the pushup/squat/jump combo!) yourself or with a team.
