We are living our principles:
Physical training combined with breathwork, time in nature, social connection, mindfulness practices, developent of new awareness for oneself and one's surroundings, getting in contact with like minded people, getting and giving group and peer support.
Whether our are in the middle of the VIP Program, before or afterwards:
our local VIP groups offer you ongoing team spirit, events, group and peer support for your ongoing development and personal growth.
